Charles Schnackel, Sr. started Palatine Heating & Cooling Company of Palatine, IL in June of 1964. The company has been offering quality service in Palatine and the surrounding suburbs ever since. Charles Sr. has two sons working with him learning the family business. The oldest son, Chuck Jr. started in the late 1970s working for the company. The younger son, Chris started in the mid-1980s. Charles taught both sons all areas of the business: service, installs, outside sales, to the office end of things. In December of 2011, Charles Schnackel, Sr. passed away leaving the family business to his sons. Today they are applying what their father taught them along with the latest technology to continue bringing their customers the best in quality service and home comfort.
